Projects

Along with extensive experience of delivering arts projects and workshops, I also have considerable experience of managing projects, whether that involves creative development of new ideas, planning and co-ordinating events or activity, management of teams, scheduling and budget management.

I thoroughly enjoy seeing a project through from start to finish and pride myself on working within budgets and timescales, being a strong team player and an effective leader.

Some examples of my recent project management work are listed below;

Volunteers Manager for Blooomsbury Festival 2010 (Hidden Cities).            The role involved recruiting and managing a team of over 60 volunteers, scheuling their work patterns in shifts over 3 days and across mutliple sites.

Project Manager for Bureau Of Silly ideas,managing a substantial Arts Council Grant for organisational development and creation of new artistic works. The role involves establishing organisational systems, managing company finances and overseeing the creation of new works.

Project Manager for The Generating Company overseeing their relocation to new office premises. Scheduling and managing all aspects of the move and assisting the company with settling into their new premises.
